Gallery 35 is a new Gallery and Artist Hub in the village of Cranbrook, showcasing local contemporary art. It opened on 1st September 2023 and is well worth a visit as the only gallery space in the wonderful Kentish village of Cranbrook. Do pop in if you are around and about and check out their amazing 2D and 3D art.

Starlings is a beautiful gift shop just round the corner from Bexhill seafront with its iconic De La Warr Pavilion and its beautiful beach. As a local handmade art and craft collective, Starlings promotes artists and designer makers from Bexhill and beyond - an excellent place to drop in for that special gift for someone or a little treat for yourself.

south east open studios
For four weekends in June, I will be showcasing some of my work at Chris Schneider's fabulous studio in Buxted, East Sussex. Chris creates stunning evocative landscape images using a variety of techniques and finishes. Jan Beesley will also be there with her incredible abstracted photography, often using different camera techniques such as intentional camera movement and multiple exposures. I'll be bringing some of my new work, drawing on some of the techniques that inspired me from a recent course at West Dean College.
Dates: June, 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th, 9th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd.

towner gallery, eastbourne
Celebrating the art of contemporary jewellery-making across a variety of styles, the Towner Eastbourne Jewellery Fair runs from 10.00am to 4.30pm on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th September 2024. The Fair is free to attend and fully accessible. A great opportunity for everyone to come along and explore over 35 local jewellery artists.
I'm so excited to be part of this event and can't wait to showcase my latest collections to new audiences.

Artists & markers spring market
Thank you to everyone who popped in to the Artists & Makers Spring Market. It was a delight to see old friends and meet new creative makers and artists. The event raised £1191 towards Victoria Pavilions Arts' Arts for Wellbeing sessions. This will enable them to run extra sessions each week to help meet demand and ensure more people are able to access their beneficial classes.
