UNO25 Three "vernal"
As the winter chills recede, March arrives, ushered in by a symphony of rebirth, heralding the arrival of springtime. Gallery UNO's latest exhibition, UNO25 THREE "Vernal," will evoke the essence of the season. Like the musical term "vernal," which celebrates the beauty and rejuvenation of spring, our exhibitors will bring forth new works reflecting renewal and regeneration.

Petworth House's Spring Festival celebrates the arrival of the spring season with a variety of events, talks, workshops and family activities.
Hosted by Petworth Pop up and Petworth National Trust, the spectacular Spring Makers Market will be situated in The Battery House and within the grounds of Petworth House.

One Warwick Park Hotel
This is a new one for me this year. Its based in the gorgeous luxury boutique One Warwick Park Hotel in Tunbridge Wells. Located just a stone's throw from the famous Pantiles, this hotel oozes style and glamour - the perfect setting to local artists and makers to showcase their work. Oh, yes, and the artisan craft and gift market area is also handily based in the function room and bar area.....

Form, Frame, Fire
An exciting exhibition bringing together 4 Sussex artists working in 4 different mediums, each bringing their own unique perspective to their work.
Jan Beesley is a photographer who embraces both traditional and experimental techniques to create abstracted images inspired by the Sussex landscape from the Ashdown Forest to the sea.
Jayne Luscombe is a jeweller who uses enamels and gemstones to bring colour to her silver pieces.
Working in acrylics, Chris Schneider captures the atmosphere of moments in her Sussex inspired abstracted landscape paintings.
Charlie Todman is a ceramic artist who enjoys using alternative firing techniques to create striking and unique effects on her stoneware and porcelain pieces.
There will be a 'Meet the artist day' with refreshments on Saturday 24th May.

south east open studios
For four weekends in June, I will be showcasing some of my work at Chris Schneider's fabulous studio in Buxted, East Sussex. Chris creates stunning evocative landscape images using a variety of techniques and finishes. Jan Beesley will also be there with her incredible abstracted photography, often using different camera techniques such as intentional camera movement and multiple exposures. I'll be bringing some of my new work, drawing on some of the techniques that inspired me from a recent course at West Dean College.

Gallery 35 is a new Gallery and Artist Hub in the village of Cranbrook, showcasing local contemporary art. It opened on 1st September 2023 and is well worth a visit as the only gallery space in the wonderful Kentish village of Cranbrook. Do pop in if you are around and about and check out their amazing 2D and 3D art.
